Mr. Stefan Cieśla

Stefan Cieśla CEO is an experienced lawyer and manager with over 27 years of experience in corporate and financial law. He has served as president or vice president of the boards of directors of companies such as Polski Bank Rozwoju S.A., PZU Życie S.A., Invest Bank, and TUnŻ “POLISA-ŻYCIE” S.A. In the 1990s, he oversaw restructuring and liquidations in the financial sector and played a key role in shaping the Polish financial sector.

As a legal advisor, he specializes in corporate services and has qualifications in the field of legal advice on new technologies (IT) and intellectual property, particularly in the context of financial services. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience working for both domestic and international financial institutions, technology providers, and investors. In the past, he has taught at the University of Wrocław, the University of Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics, and the Medical Center for Postgraduate Education. He has published numerous articles on law and management in the specialist press.
