Mr. Miljenko Kolar

is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 40 years of professional experience, having successfully managed various companies in real estate, financing and private equity. He began his education in technical studies at the renowned GRUNDIG Academy and later pursued marketing studies at the GEWIA Institute in Germany.

Over the years, Mr. Kolar has accumulated extensive knowledge in venture capital, private equity and project funding. His expertise includes structured investments, alternative project funding and financial instruments. He has worked closely with institutional investors, family offices and played a significant role in financing over €100 million in projects.

Since 2019, Mr. Kolar has been the Managing Director, 50% Shareholder and President of the Board of Trinity Wealth Advisory AG in Zurich, Switzerland, a firm focused on advisory services for professional clients. He is registered in the Swiss Public Register for Financial Advisors and regulated by FINMA. He has also served in key roles for several other companies, including Wisdom Invest AG in Liechtenstein, where he manages family office investments and participations and Private Capital Trust & Investment Fund Foundation in The Hague, supporting high-impact commercial and humanitarian projects.

Additionally, Mr. Kolar has an extensive background in real estate, having been involved in the sale and financing of over 1,200 properties throughout his career. Mr. Kolar’s work in structured finance, alternative trading opportunities and his deep expertise in risk management and fraud prevention have positioned him as a trusted wealth advisor and financial strategist.
